imbX 2008 opening
Jun 17, 2008
The opening ceremony at imbX (Infocomm Media Business Exchange) saw ministers and other guests attend. The tradeshow runs from June 17-20 at the Singapore Expo.
Pek Yew Chai, chairman of the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation, in his opening speech that imbX is a good place for "new alliances to be made". He added that the sharing of ideas can only energize the region's infocomm industry. The show comprises four individual trade events, namely Broadcast Asia, CommunicAsia, EnterpriseIT and Interactive DME (Digital Media and Entertainment).
