This is an upgraded version of the "Stanley" card that won the Darpa Grand Challenge in 2005. It will be Stanford University's entry into the upcoming 2007 Darpa Grand Challenge in November. The Darpa Grand Challenge is a competition organized by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for driverless cars.
