The annual consumer electronics trade fair is back in Berlin. Watch this space as CNET Asia brings you more pictures of the event over the next two days.

Occupying 160,000sq m of land area with displays by 1,049 exhibitors from over 32 countries, the annual IFA 2006 show isn't coined "Consumer Electronics Unlimited" for nothing. A day before the exhibition opened, we made a trip down to the International Congress Center (ICC Berlin) and were greeted by a vast empty space that would set the stage for an exciting tradeshow to come.
