Intel's Advanced Liquid Cooling Technology (ALCT):
Essentially a cooling system designed to enable overclocking on the Pentium 4 Extreme Edition systems, ALCT promises to offer a more reliable yet relatively affordable solution with its combined fluid pump and cold plate design. The anti-freeze fluid is rated to last for up to seven years. The ALCT is expected to be first introduced in OEM systems. An Intel spokesperson also revealed that the company is already working on the next version of the ALCT which will run cooler and produce less noise.
