WiMax on a scooter: According to an Intel spokesperson, when the WiMax scooter was tested within the Moscone Center (where IDF is held), there is no drop in signal strength, even with walls and interferences between the base station and the notebook. The chipmaker plans to introduce a WiMax PCMCIA card for laptops later this year.
