YOKOHAMA, Japan--Olympus was clearly focused on showcasing its Micro Four Thirds lineup at the CP+ tradeshow. There were plenty of Pen E-P1, E-P2 and the latest E-PL1 for visitors to try. The company did not forget its heritage, too, and displayed vintage models of the old film-based Pen compacts alongside the digital versions.

Olympus did not forget its point-and-shoots. At the back of the booth were the company's latest offerings such as the compact long-zoom Mju 9010, the rugged Mju Tough-8010 and the 30x optical zoom SP-800UZ.

The E-PL1 is on sale in Asia already, while other models will be released later this month, depending on region.
