Genesix is an experimental composer who plays around with various electronic styles including Drum & Bass, Techno, and Hip Hop, and composing them with strange time signatures such as septuple meter. Known for her eccentricity, Genesix draws influence from many styles of music including New Wave, Rock, Electronic, Blues, even Bluegrass(she is a fan of the classic Bluegrass musician Uncle Dave Macon). Genesix composes her music with Tuareg or Buzz trackers most of the time but she does like to experiment with other programs. Over the years Genesix has collected several different programs for generating, recording, mixing, and sampling compositions, and is pleased to see all the free or affordable software which is available for aspiring artists. After spending several years experimenting and uploading under different aliases to other download sites, Genesix is back in business.
