What needs to be said about BS that hasnt already been said? One of those few special people in the world that either run hot or cold with everyone. Since there seems to be no middle ground, he adopted the moniker Man who calls it down the middle, to stress the fact, whether viewed as outspoken, sweet, egotistical, or just a flat out dick, that he still calls it like he sees it. The founding father of 1023 Entertainment, he has been involved in the music industry in some capacity almost half his life, and sees no slowing down. An original to say the least, he has a total of 12 complete albums to his credit, and over 200 songs composed and written. One would have to believe that with those achievements under his belt, that CEOs of the strongest labels would be knocking down his door, but BS sums it up best: "Look, theres a place in this world for everyone. If someone is out there doin what they do already, or sound like whom or whatever, thats fine. But my style is my style, and I will only be focused on that. Id rather be responsible for my genre, or my own material, then someone else making decisions for me. Because if so-and-so (an established artist that is being emulated) falls off, then every other stroke will follow suit. Yeah, they got money now, but 9 out of 10 end up like Hammer. All it takes is one hit. Once Im on that map, thats it. Thats all thats needed. Every innovator is criticized till they hit it big. So be it. Id rather laugh best. That means Ill be laughing last."
