School was boring and a passion to succeed was raging. So what did we do?

WE STARTED A BAND!

Any chance of a normal life goes out the window when you pick up an instrument and quickly become obsessed with it. In this case four lives went down the gurgler and dreams of rock ‘n’ roll superstardom became our NO.1 focus.

With support and priceless advice from some of Australia’s finest producers, radio DJ’s and managers, Bad Pennies found their feet and quickly evolved into the band they are today.

Four pressings of our first promo CD, have gone at gigs since March this year. Two major labels in the U.S.A have shown interest and we are ready to go! We’ve received much attention as Nova100’s Made in Melbourne Featured Artist and are ready to unveil our debut EP ‘Self Titled’ to the world. You may not like the suits or you may not like the name, that’s cool, but you can’t deny good songs. One out of three ain’t bad!
