Full throttle, chainsaw ROCK N ROLL. Emerging from the forests, sorta like Evil Dead...
Born n bred in Sydney's west, this trio of musical criminals and inbreds quickly found fame for their high-octane, beer fuelled rock. With their judicious use of chainsaw, and not so judicious use of a select few chords, the gang became notorious for high power, supercharged rock.
All 50 copies of Lumber's first demo quickly sold out. Recorded and mixed in five hours at Zen studios, the classic tape contained the hits Butcher, Warragamba Slammer, Pram Pusher, Hairy Chequebook and the ode to that staple of any Blue Mountains youth's diet of cask wine, Mt Bingar.
Lumber's long awaited second album, titled Decade of Procrastination, is out now on Beba las Ganancias records - you should all buy it right now!
