The Direct Photo Printer CP-100 is the latest edition to Canon's Direct Print range and offers high quality, durable 4R & 3R size prints, the most popular sizes for traditional photos. Direct printing is the quickest and easiest way to get high quality photo prints, simply connect a camera to the CP-100, select an image, and press print.
Printing is made simple with Canon's technology and the complete operation is effortlessly controlled from the camera's LCD monitor. Select media size; 4R, 3R or credit card-size, media type and the layout of the prints on the Direct Print menu then choose to print with or without a border. The CP-100 uses dye-sublimation printing technology to re-create your images in brilliant colour and applies a protective seal to ensure durable, long lasting photos. Media options include special sticker paper in card size or mini stickers.
Printing is quick, 4R photos in just 81 seconds, 3R photos in 68 seconds and card size prints appear in only 40 seconds. CP-100 supports DPOF (Direct Print Order Format) printing and can handle the printing of multiple images marked for printing in one session. The Direct Photo Printer CP-100 is compact and stylish, sized (172 x 178 x 60 mm), and weighs in at just 990g, making it the ultimate Canon Digital Camera accessory. With it's optional rechargeable battery pack or car battery adapter, the CP-100 is perfect to use on the move. The S820D even delivers prints up to A4 size. With the Digital IXUS V2's movie mode, it is possible to capture movie clips up to 30 seconds and, by making use of the video lead supplied, the camera can be connected to a TV set, to view and share photos and movies.
