Tomorrow morning, Jakarta will host a blogger gathering called Pesta Blogger 2007. According to Enda Nasution, chairman of Pesta Blogger, about 500 bloggers from across the country will meet here in Blitz Megaplex, Grand Indonesia.

Nasution said that Indonesia's blogosphere is growing fast. He indicated that there are more than 150,000 Indonesian blogs today, and is convinced the numbers will increase in the near future.

Indonesia is joining the global phenomenon of MobileMonday with establishment of MobileMonday Indonesia last month and its kickoff marked in the Executive Brief Meeting in Jakarta, Monday.

A working team consisted of executives from some of the highest-profiled mobile companies in Indonesia including Nokia Siemens, Nokia Mobile Phones, Ericsson, Sony Ericsson as well as the country's giant network providers like Indosat, Telkomsel and Excelcomindo.
