Nothing but a mainboard and a teeny-weeny power supply! Not even an optical drive! Wow. Following a somewhat disturbing trend in Chinese architecture, it's nothing more than an empty shell.
I'm sure the game playon this Vii certainly reflects the amount of effort that's been put into building it. Cheers to Chinese Engadget for this interesting disassembly video of China's Vii. It also has some good screenshots of some Vii games here.
So who dares to sell such a sham of a device? Well, where do you see the majority of lousy products being sold in the US? That's right, info-mercials. And it's no different in China. Thomas Huang over at 168.fr points to a crazy marketing video that LetvGo TV made to push the Vii.
