iOS how-to app for shutterbugs
It's Photography 101 condensed into a simple app on your iPhone.

The Photo Academy app aims to make an Ansel Adams out of every budding shutterbug, with tips ranging from the basics--how to grip your camera correctly--to the more advanced, including editing tips.
With content written by a professional photographer, the app tells you how to take the perfect shot in any situation you can think of. It even has a photo diary that you can use to track your progress and shots.
Originally priced at US$2.99 (S$3.70), the app is now on sale at US$0.99 (S$1.20) for a limited time.
But if you're unwilling to fork out your hard-earned money, you can always visit CNET Asia's Photo Academy.
Now at least you can stop relying on the "auto" mode for your snapshots.
