This is a character editor for Diablo II. You can edit various stats, such as strength, vitality, experience, character class, and so on. It now works with Diablo II 1.09, including the LoD expansion set.

That would be a fantastic program. It works for editing a character, but I noticed you can't go further than "jail 3" in Act 1. It's not bad. It does what I want and need it to do, and basically that's just to see the damage ratios with all of the sorceress' skills maxed out.

Well, people who don't know how to cheat don't know how to use the stats editor. Everyone starts small with cheating. I did, too. If you have the right cheating programs you will be able to make the best cheater character ever. And the stats editor is one of the programs you will need. Thanks!
