WinSay 1.0

WinSay is a simple "Say" command for Windows -- something that does not otherwise exist in a simple-to-use form like this. Specifically, WinSay is a command-line tool that performs text-to-speech conversion. This gives you the ability to easily integrate speech into programs, scripts and third-party software, thus allowing things like announcements and reminders to be played via a connected set of speakers or PA system.
