Express Dictate 5.10

Express Dictate is a computer-based dictaphone that lets you dictate using your computer or a portable recorder. You can then send your recordings to your typist or assistant by e-mail, Internet, or over your computer network. Express Dictate uses digital audio processing and compression technology to record and transmit the audio via the Internet. It also includes many convenient features, such as automatic editing and voice-activated recording, digital audio recording with superb signal processing quality, record to wav, mp3 or dct formats, automatic non destructive record editing with multiple record modes.

Version 5.10 adds Secure FTP support and abiltiy to turn voice activated recording off.
