Web+Center 6

This suite of (5) Web-based Help Desk and CRM applications includes: Customer+Center, an application for customers to submit and update support/work order tickets; Tech+Center, an application for support staff to track and manage support and work orders; and Business+Center, a CRM tool for the sales team and Pocket+Center, a technician interface that runs on Pocket Browsers on a Pocket PC, and Reservation+Center, a media/facilities reservation tool. Web+Center suite includes a complete Asset Management Component, Case Scheduler/Group Calendar, customer surveys, Frequently Asked Questions, automatic HTML email and cell email notification options, auto-escalation, time spent invoicing, and reporting functions language Internationalization options. Web+Center runs on Windows NT/2000/2003/XP Pro using MS IIS.

Version 6 includes a new 5th application in the suite of web-based applications called Reservation+Center and adds many new features including text chat options and new customer login authentication options.
