EZ-Quick for Excel 7.1

Two clicks reformats QuickBooks Reports exported to Excel for printing in typically 50% fewer pages. No changes to Report Layouts are required. Account and grouping descriptions in columns on the left are merged into a single column and blank columns are deleted. Reports are set to print horizontally centered on the page. The top print margin is expanded to prevent Report Headings from overlapping Report Data. Reports are set to print left-to-right to allow data in wide reports to print contiguously. When a Report does not print one-page wide in Portrait at or above the user-specified minimum acceptable print percentage, the page orientation is switched to landscape. For reports more than one page wide, the columns to print on the left of each page is automatically set. Blank columns between amount columns can be optionally deleted. All EZ-Quick modifications for better printing are made to an automatic copy of the original export worksheet which can be restored at any time. Version 7.1 is fully compatible with Windows Vista and Excel 2007.
