Closing Costs 2003 1

This program lets you configure different loan options for comparison, and prepare closing-cost estimates and a HUD-1 settlement statement. Real estate brokers can also use it to prequalify propects. The program was redesigned, and now has a new 'user's guide' workbook that provides step-by-step help on how to use/register the program. Closing Costs 2003 now includes a 'HUD-1A Optional form for transactions without a seller' worksheet, new charts, and a 'unit conversion' worksheet. This new version also let users save up to 50 different HUD-1's and 50 different closing costs estimates in the same workbook.
