AlphaLPD provides print services from a Unix server to a Windows PC to allow the sharing of printers in a mixed operating system environment. Features include multiple printer configuration, simultaneous printing, buffered print jobs to avoid overflowing the windows print manager, and DOS/Unix text mode mapping.
