TextMine enables mobile phone access to your Outlook addresses and calendar using text messaging. You can also access Outlook information on the web using any browser. Synchronize your Outlook data with Textmine's server by clicking the Textmine icon on your quick-launch bar. After that, send SMS text messages from your mobile phone to access your phone numbers, addresses and calendar. You can also send messages from the web site.

Good for accessing your personal info anywhere
Although you have to pay to send text messages (after 10 free), the rest of the features are free: Online calendar, diary, sync software. You can also send automatic appointment reminders to your own customers, e.g. good for restaurants and hairdressers. We really found this excellent value and easy to use. Our only criticism is that the reminders are for UK users only!
