AlturaNetworks PC to Phone is a Windows based application that allows you to make calls from your PC to any phone over the Internet (dial-up, DSL or ethernet behind NAT) to over 250 countries and mobiles at very low rates. AlturaNetworks delivers pure clear voice even when using regular dial-up.
Version 2.0 includes new voice codecs, online billing CDRs and balance.
Note: User must purchase PIN to make phone calls.

Doesn't work, no help
Had to pay US$5 to use when PIN purchase was advertised as US$0.25. Doesn't work. There is no help on the help menu. There is no contact information for support. I am amazed you would have this garbage on the CNET site.
