IP Changer 2.0 doesn't requires system rebooting when you change desktop or notebook's TCP/IP even though your system's OS is windows 9X or ME. You've got to try it
I use my notebook to go from one client to another and would spend a lot of time changing the IP, gateway and DNS, not to mention that I had to remember or ask what IP I could use. Now I all I have to do is select the client and I am ready to go.
