Batch conversion: Convert a selection of images to a different image format; Reduce image size - batch reduce your images by setting a maximum size; Compress more - set JPEG and JPEG2000 quality/compression ratio; Preview final file sizes - how much space do you save with your conversion? An estimation is done in the background for you to know; Quality preview - see your photos in full size before and after conversion and compare; Preserve IPTC/EXIF/XMP metadatas; Batch file renaming using metadata; Organize in subfolders using metadata, ex: CameraModel\CreationYear\Yearmonthday; and Windows explorer integration - convert your pictures directly via the contextual menu of windows explorer.

Version 3.1 has release to fix a few problems and perform some speed optimizations, speed improvments, and JPEG 2000 improvements.
