Eye of the Storm is your personal hurricane weather center. It tracks and plots hurricanes and their wind fields from the time they are born as tropical depressions until after landfall. Three different map styles are interactive and colorful and show the range and distribution of hurricane winds. Database driven, it includes over 2000 historical hurricane tracks for your own analysis and animation. Automatically downloads detailed advisory information via the Internet, plays audible watch and warning alerts, and includes customizable satellite image retrieval. All maps can be printed, or copied to the clipboard for pasting into other graphical programs.

Version 1.0 build 553 contains several minor bug fixes, usability enhancements, and the ability to automatically update future bug fixes.
