Image To Icon Convertor 3.1

Utility to convert any image (BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF) into icon. Image can be converted into three sizes of icon, that is 16x16, 32x32, or 48x48 with color depth 2 colors (black & white), 16 color, 256 color, or 24 bit true color. Large images can be scaled down or crop. Masking utility provides editing of icon for creating transparent background of icon. In version 3, all settings for converting icon are now on one screen instead of multiple screens. Interface is now colored, not simple grey screens. Help file now included. Version 3.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
