StretchWare 2
- Description
-

StretchWare is a software program that reminds you to stretch at your computer. By taking periodic rest and stretching breaks, you can help avoid carpal tunnel syndrome, RSI, fatigue, and stress. After a certain amount of time or a certain number of keystrokes, you will get a chime and/or a box that asks, Do you want to stretch. If you click OK, the stretches pop up onscreen. Other options are to delay for 5, 10, or 15 minutes or not to stretch. StretchWare can be fully configured to your own personal specifications.
The user can choose to be reminded at specific clock times, after time intervals (5 minutes to 4 hours), or after a given number of mouseclicks and/or keystrokes. Version 2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
