The Serial Keeper 3.2.4

The Serial Keeper keeps track of the software's names and serial numbers for any software that you own. Plus you can save who made it, how to contact them, and notes about them. The Serial Keeper features: a Developer Database, a list where you can save developer information and assign that info to a software title, and a Serials List, so you can keep many serial numbers for different version of a software in one record. Version 3.2.4 fixes error while trying to print or export records. Delete button in 'Information List' not disabling when no record was selected.
