Prefling does one job: It lets you open system preference panes. Fast.

Sitting in your Dock, it shows you a menu with all the preference panes installed and active. It's the ideal replacement for the "System Preferences" item that's in your Dock by default.

Prefling 2.0 was built for Mac OS X 10.3, fixing a problem where some panes were listed twice.
