Tools include powerful and flexible on-screen rulers that provide pixel-based measurements; dynamic screen-sizing that tells you about common Web browser content areas; Loupe, a magnifying glass that gives you a close-up of any part of the screen; guides and markers that let you design with precise horizontal and vertical alignment; frame markers that give you a precise width, height, and origin alignment; and the Crosshair, which finds the exact location of coordinates on the screen.
