Dolet for Finale 4.4

Dolet for Finale is a plug-in for Finale 2000 to 2009 that reads and writes MusicXML 2.0, 1.1, and 1.0 files. Together with our Dolet for Sibelius plug-in, it can read music created from the Sibelius notation program much more accurately than with MIDI files. Sibelius recommends using MusicXML files to transfer Finale files into Sibelius 5. With Dolet software, you can read files created in Finale 2009 with Finale 2005. Exchange your music with the dozens of other music notation programs that support the MusicXML format.

Dolet for Finale includes the ability to translate an entire folder of Finale or MusicXML files at once, saving time when you have to move a lot of files from one program to another. Version 4.4 adds support for Finale 2009. It adds an option to validate against the beta version of the MusicXML XSD schema definition for better error detection during file transfers. Embedded graphics are now supported as of Finale 2009.
