OggSync for Windows Mobile: Google Calendar Sync 2.20

OggSync offers full, two-way syncing from your phone to one of your Google calendars. It supports Google hosted domains, with no third-party involvement. There is full support for repeating events, and changes to those repeating events. OggSync uses over-the-air or cradled connections so you can always be up to date. OggSync is compatible with Outlook and ActiveSync and includes auto notification/download when new versions are available.

The free version of OggSync allows you to sync one Google Calendar with your device. A yearly $29.99 subscription provides access to pro features.
