From the developer: "While you are using one program on your PDA, all the other ones are just sitting in memory without any purpose. It would be nice if programs you are not using right now were somehow compressed. That is what Palm Commander Program Compression does! You can compress some or all of your programs. Palm Commander will keep uncompressed only one of them - the one you are using now.
