Those comments might be old (or the users installed the wrong file). I had no problem getting it to work on my TT.

Does not work on OS5 devices without Chinese OS. Especially European users are left in the cold since if they install a Chinese OS they lose the ability to use ISO8859-1 characters. But without Chinese OS the application does not work on OS5.
