WorkWeek can exclude selected breaks and lunch time. If there is overtime, its calculated separately and included in the total. Overtime is calculated on your selection of 8 hours a day or over 40 hours a week. Holds name, date, starting time, ending time, numerous deduction fields, break/lunch minutes, regular and overtime hours, overtime rate, period, and note. Data can beam to other MiniTimeClock PDAs, export to file, or print. There are two list screens; one to show hours and one for amount/pay for each person and each period (optional). Filtering can be done by name and/or period. Calculates the total for the day, week, person, or the whole schedule. This is great for employees who have changing work schedules. It's also great for employers who want to view the whole schedule on their Palm PDA. Theres no need to pass out schedules; beam it. Includes two free utilities. One to import/export data to/from your PC. The second allows you to view and print the data. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
