Set up a printer share

Step 2: Enable the share

Right-click the printer you want to set up for sharing, and choose Sharing. The print share setup screen appears. Give the printer a name (something short) and if you want, a brief description. Printer names should be descriptive, like color and black, upstairs and downstairs, Engineering and Payroll, etc. Click OK to complete the sharing setup.


1. Start printer panel
2. Enable the share
3. Start network panel
4. Enable printer sharing
5. Check Network Neighborhood
