Which digital camera models offer rotating/swiveling screens and optical image stabilization? This is so that I can take self-portrait shots more conveniently.

Most compact cameras these days don't offer swiveling displays, and only certain dSLRs or Micro Four Thirds models have such a feature.

If your primary purpose of such an implementation is self-portrait shots, perhaps you can consider the Samsung ST550. This model has a front LCD which allows you to point the camera at yourself and still see how the picture looks like. Also, it comes with optical image stabilizer, as per your requirements.
