The Samsung Omnia Pro B7320 doesn't have a built-in GPS chip, so naturally you won't get the feature on the device. What is possible, but not available with the current firmware of the B7320, is the enabling of Assisted-GPS. This uses the telco signals from the nearby base stations to give an approximate location. It doesn't, however, triangulate your position down to a few meters.

Considering pdadb.net... that the 7320 HAS A GPS because it uses the same chip all the MSM72xx phones use that also have a GPS and is a built-in component of the SoC (System-on-Chip), I would naturally ignore Damian Koh.

Instead, just install Google Maps, or any other GPS active program, and try it out. Do not mess with the "External GPS" control panel in your Settings program. Because the Qualcomm MSM72xx's GPSone is well known for its extremely slow lock-on times and low sensitivity, give it some time. Check Modaco or XDA for programs that can tune and enhance the GPS's performance.

I would suggest an external Bluetooth GPS such as the QStarz BT-1000X if you want reliable/high-sensitivity GPS operation.
