Can I use a SingTel-bought iPhone with a SIM card not from SingTel?

Yes, you can use a non-SingTel SIM card on an iPhone bought from SingTel. All phones sold in Singapore are not SIM-locked due to a regulatory requirement. Do note that you'll have to manually key in the APN setting which in order to connect to the Internet. For example, if you are using a MobileOne (M1) SIM card, the APN is sunsurf. You'll also need to activate the iPhone via iTunes.
