Lenovo announced an internal overhaul, reorganizing both its regional and product groups.
Think products, like the iconic ThinkPad and the desktop ThinkStation, will be separated from the Idea group, which makes the IdeaPad and IdeaCentre PCs. According to an interview by TechRadar with Asus CEO Jerry Shen, the head of the Taiwanese company revealed plans for putting voice control in its Eee PC lineup. But unlike gestures, voice recognition is language-specific and has to account for different accents. No matter, as Jerry is confident the first Eee PC or Eee Top machines sporting this technology will start popping out later this year.
