It feels like a handheld, works like a tablet PC, and runs on notebook components. Sony's latest VAIO U70 has pretty much a bit of everything. Touted as the world's tiniest full-function Windows PC, the U70 has a footprint smaller than a DVD movie case and measures two cases thick. The internal specs are no different from any ordinary Centrino notebooks: Pentium M processor, 512MB RAM and 20GB hard drive.
