What a hoot. Now baby can go skiing, too. Thanks to Amazon, that stroller can now transform into an extreme terrain vehicle, capable of sliding over snow or sand using modified stroller skis that fasten onto the wheels. Wonder if they have baby ski sticks and snow goggles to match. That said, stick to the bunny slopes. Like it or not, junior's not ready just yet for that downhill championship ski run.
Now is this a fan with a pen attached? Or a pen with a fan attached? Whatever its intentions, it'll be interesting to pass one to an office buddy and watch when he forgets and starts to chew on the butt end. Zaapp!! This should be worth a laugh. Over on our side, our CNET Lab guys would probably end up overclocking this little whirly bird somehow and send several multicolored Fan Pens winging over the top of everyone's head. Not cheap, though, for a piece of stationery.
Eubiq is making tracks. Specifically power tracks. With devices going wireless, this concept may seem grounded, but it's actually a lot more versatile than it appears. The streamlined strip is really a complete electrical power outlet solution that lets you insert separate power point plugs anywhere along it, whenever you need one. And it's all done with an insert-and-twist movement. How cool is that? Best of all, it's child-safe and virtually shock-free. Oh, and did we mention it's a Singapore company…

Stressed? Well, there's now a solution which comes via USB (but of course) for the desktop masses. This USB-powered orb cycles through seven hues to achieve some sort of color therapy that supposedly lowers your blood pressure. And if it doesn't work, well, you can always hurl it at that co-worker who's pissing you off, which believe you us is far more satisfying for relieving all that tension. Ooomm...
Our venerable Mobile Ojisan (mobile uncle) blogged about the kucho-fuku "airconditioned jacket" as early as January 2006. Not surprisingly, there's now a USB version out. What's more surprising is that it's taken so long. Still, given the stultifying heat and humidity of the tropics mid-year, anything that cools us down is heaven-sent, even if it's the height of uncool donning a bulky jacket that packs two 10cm fans on the left and right rear, plus a USB port and cable that tethers you to your PC. Just remember to unplug before you step away from your desk.
