Following our prior report on the
Japanese 250GB PS3 Slim in pink, Sony has finally announced the US availability for its higher-capacity game console. Due on November 3 for US$349.99, the US model will come in stock black without any bundled games. Compared with its 160GB counterpart, the 250GB kit is commanding a reasonable US$50 premium for 90GB of extra storage space. We've not received any news on a comparable Asia release, though this is unlikely considering that the 160GB PS3 Slim shipped to major Asian countries only from
October 1.
