Users who are not savvy with Photoshop but who wish to make a composite image can do so soon with a new Web-based program--PhotoSketch. Developed by software engineers from China's Tsinghua University and the National University of Singapore, the application can translate sketches into pictures. According to the demo clip below, you designate and label various elements in the sketchpad and the software will source the Internet for relevant images, extract the necessary components and put them together in one photograph.

We actually wanted to sample a school bus trawling a seabed with a giant octopus battling it out with a great white shark just above it. Unfortunately, the site was down as of this Crave going live. If you've been lucky enough to get a live link, let us know how it went.
