Though some may consider the new Acer Ferrari One a Netbook, we hesitate to call it that. With a dual-core AMD processor and powerful ATI graphics solution, this 11.6-inch machine is already looking to overtake the incumbents in the minilaptop market. First showcased in the UK, we finally received word that this powerful machine plans to extend its tour to Asia come October 22. Pricing details will be available at a later date, but it is estimated to be around the
S$1,298.

We've saved the best for last. The Acer Ferrari One could be the first minilaptop with an optional external graphics card dock. Though it requires an external power supply, the GPU dock boosts the video performance of the Acer Ferrari One when you need that extra power for encoding multimedia content. The availability and price of this optional dock have not been announced, but we do not expect it to be cheap.
