Sony Ericsson has just announced one, no, wait, two clamshells for fashionistas. Previously known as the Bao during its prototype days, the
Jalou is now rocking with a "delicate facet-cut diamond shape design, clean and expressive lines and a variety of different shine and matt finishes". Naturally, the target audience of the Jalou wouldn't be bothered with the 3.2-megapixel camera, 3G and Bluetooth connectivity onboard.
The standard Jalou will be available next quarter in Deep Amethyst, Aquamarine Blue and Onyx Black colors, while the limited-edition version that's slapped with a Dolce&Gabbana logo will come in Sparkling Rose complete with a 24-carat gold-plated chassis, three rose satin bags, matching Bluetooth headset and exclusive pre-loaded D&G content from the Autumn/Winter 2010 runway show. Unfortunately, the D&G edition won't be available in Asia. PR spiels
