Now, we can all have a good look at Samsung's upcoming media players. While the R1 appears in pink, M1 grabbed our attention, sporting the
Nvidia (Tegra?) chip under the hood.
The M1 features a 3.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, Bluetooth, Divx playback, built-in accelerometer, 1.6W stereo speakers and DMB TV (for Korea only). While all that sounds impressive, once again, we find its specs too similar to the P3 that it may probably replace. In other words, there is still no Wi-Fi connectivity to be seen. Come on, Samsung--just put the Wi-Fi feature in.
Sony's done it, so has
Apple.
Could the chaebol just be deliberately crippling the M1 to protect future sales of its own Tegra-powered phones? Do leave us some of your thoughts below.

If it has no Wi-Fi, I wouldn't buy it.
