F1 motion simulator for your living room

Last year, we tried out a SingTel-owned racing simulator shaped like a Formula One (F1) car. Unfortunately, you need to book a slot with the Singapore operator to try it out, and you get only one shot at the race track once in it. If you can spare the cash, why not buy your own? For US$44,900, F1Showcar will sell you a motion simulator complete with a life-size F1 car chassis. You can customize the car's color according to your preference, while a PC with simulator software, steering wheel and pedal system are all included. The company ships worldwide though you'll need to factor in hefty freight fees. But anyone who can afford the product shouldn't be too worried about shipping charges.
