The latest NP500WS and NP600S 3LCD multimedia projectors are designed specifically for the business and education markets with two unique propositions. For starters, they've short-throw projection ability and can cast a sizeable 60-inch screen from a short 1m distance. This is further complemented by a Virtual Remote function which replicates critical projector controls on your PCs. The software is compatible with standard VGA cables and does not require additional wiring between a computer and the beamer.
To make these new entries as user-friendly as possible, NEC has also equipped them with a slew of value-added functions. These include a quick on/off capability, automatic vertical keystone adjustment and wall color correction to simplify installation. Lastly, they come standard with built-in networking to support remote administration via the company's free downloadable software.
